You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Spaccy provides a marketplace and business management platform for the event industry.

Our services include:

• Finding event vendors and venues
• Booking event services
• Secure payment processing
• Event planning and management tools
• Business management tools for vendors
• AI-powered event planning through Olivia AI

Spaccy does not provide event services directly and is not an employer, agent or representative of any vendor or venue owner.

Bookings made through Spaccy should be completed using the payment methods available on the platform.

Depending on the booking, payments may be made as:

• Full payment
• Deposit payment
• Milestone payments

Where applicable, payments are securely managed through our trusted payment partners to help protect both customers and service providers.

Refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled in accordance with Spaccy's Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy.

Vendors and venue owners are independent businesses.

If you offer services on Spaccy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Keep pricing and availability up to date.
• Deliver services professionally.
• Honour confirmed bookings.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You remain fully responsible for the services you provide.

If you book services through Spaccy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Make payments on time.
• Treat vendors respectfully.
• Communicate honestly.
• Raise concerns promptly if problems arise.

You must not use Spaccy to:

• Break the law.
• Commit fraud or deceive others.
• Create fake accounts.
• Upload false or misleading information.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Upload content you do not own.
• Attempt to bypass Spaccy by arranging bookings or payments outside the platform after meeting through Spaccy.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms.

Customers may leave reviews after completed bookings.

Reviews should be honest, respectful and based on genuine experiences.

Spaccy may remove reviews that are false, misleading, offensive or abusive.

Olivia AI provides planning assistance, including event ideas, budgets, timelines, checklists and vendor recommendations.

AI-generated suggestions are provided for guidance only and should not be considered professional advice.

Users remain responsible for their decisions and bookings.

All Spaccy branding, software, content, logos, trademarks and technology belong to Spaccy unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute or use our intellectual property without written permission.

By uploading photos, videos or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content and grant Spaccy a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for operating and promoting the platform.

We collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

By using Spaccy, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Spaccy is a technology platform.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by vendors.
• Vendor delays, cancellations or failures.
• Losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaccy's liability is limited to operating the platform and facilitating bookings and payments.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Misuse the platform.
• Put other users or Spaccy at risk.

You may stop using Spaccy and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of Spaccy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
